About The Position

We are seeking a collaborative leader who excels at staff development, operational excellence, and advancing imaging services within a complex healthcare environment. As a successful candidate, you will support: · Operational Management: Directsday-to-day workflow, patient flow, and scheduling to ensure efficient, safe procedures. Responsible for department budget goals, such as EBIDA and productivity benchmarking · Leadership & Staffing: Manage, hire, and mentor technologists in IR & CT, ensuring proficiency in IR cases and safe patient care. · Quality & Compliance: Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies, safety standards (including radiation safety), and quality assurance protocols. Oversee quality improvement initiatives in partnership with key leaders and stakeholders. · Collaboration: Partner with Interventional radiologists, APPs, and clinical leaders, both internal and external to the department, to develop best clinical practices. Leads agility and change management by building adaptable teams and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Five years of experience in functional area.
  • 1+ year in a Radiology management/leadership position.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technology certification(s) (ARRT) or California Radiologic Technology Certification (CRF)
  • Procedural experience in IR, including CT and US guidance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with 100% IR/CT/US procedural focus, substantial clinical experience in IR and oncology
