About The Position

Manager III Logistics Operations is responsible for managing operations with multiple Logistics Operations providers and internal organizations, including Planning, Ordering, Purchasing, and Customer Account Specialists in the local region. This role ensures optimum inventory levels at multiple locations, determines staffing requirements, and oversees effective recruitment, training, and retention of key staff to enable staff development. The position involves performing reconciliations, validations, and audits of warehouse inventory operations, working closely with Management to implement corrective actions, and managing commitment methodologies and processes across product groups. Additionally, the role generates necessary documentation, administers company policies including yearly performance reviews, and creates and submits claims for lost or damaged materials while assisting suppliers with their parts claims.

  • Generates necessary documentation, including activity/status reports, operation review input, and excess/obsolete analysis.
  • Administers company policies, including yearly performance review, that directly affect subordinate employees.
  • Create and submit claims for AMAT lost or damaged materials and assist suppliers with their parts claim
