About The Position

Manager III Logistics Operations is responsible for managing operations with multiple outsourced Logistics Operations providers and an internal organization. This role involves planning, ordering, purchasing, and managing customer accounts in the local region to ensure optimum inventory levels at multiple locations. The position also determines staffing requirements, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and retention of key staff for development. Responsibilities include performing reconciliations, validations, and audits of warehouse inventory operations, working closely with management to implement corrective actions, and managing commitment methodologies and processes across product groups. The role generates necessary documentation, administers company policies including yearly performance reviews, and creates and submits claims for lost or damaged materials, assisting suppliers with their parts claims.

Responsibilities

Manages operations with multiple outsourced Logistics Operations providers and internal organization.
Planning Ordering, Purchasing and Customer Account Specialists in local region
Ensures optimum inventory levels at multiple locations
Determines staffing requirements; ensures effective recruitment, training, and retention of key staff to enable staff development.
Perform reconciliations, validations and audits of warehouse inventory operations.
Work closely with Management to implement corrective actions.
Manages commitment methodologies and processes across product groups
Generates necessary documentation, including activity/status reports, operation review input, and excess/obsolete analysis.
Administers company policies, including yearly performance review, that directly affect subordinate employees.
Create and submit claims for AMAT lost or damaged materials and assist suppliers with their parts claim
