About The Position

The Corporate Finance Manager, FP&A will be responsible for supporting and driving financial activities pertaining to budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis of the Income Statement and Working Capital for Regal Rexnord Corporation, a $6B publicly traded global manufacturer. The Finance Manager position allows for excellent exposure and growth within the organization. This position will report to the Corporate Finance Director, FP&A and will be based out of our Rosemont, Illinois office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance
  • 7-10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
  • Advance experience with Hyperion and/or OneStream
  • Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing experience and previous FP&A experience is a plus
  • Master’s Degree in Accounting or MBA preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • Self-starter, strong desire of getting results and willingness to learn
  • Able to multi-task while being detail-oriented
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills
  • Must be a team player and willing to step in and help out on projects when necessary
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Weekly monitoring of Orders, Sales, Profit, Working Capital and Cash against targets
  • Examine, analyze and interpret financial data to determine trends and gaps within the results
  • Consolidate and roll up monthly forecasts for the 3 operating segments and Corporate
  • Publish Monthly Financial Reporting Scorecard
  • Support prep for the quarterly Earnings Releases and Board of Director meetings
  • Participate in the annual 3-year strategic planning and annual operating planning (AOP) processes including establishing assumptions, spreadsheet modeling, consolidation, analysis and presentation preparation
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to assist in management decisions
  • Drive process improvements in planning, budgeting, forecasting and managerial reporting
  • Coach and develop a Senior Financial Analyst
  • Build successful partnerships with Corporate Finance and Segment FP&A leaders
  • Perform other related duties and involvement in special projects when required
  • Attend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessary
