About The Position

The Manager I – Health Program Services is responsible for the oversight of the Health Program Outreach Services for Disease Management and Case Management call center operations. The Manager will be managing our dispatch staff in support of our partnership with mobile crisis outreach services within the state of New Jersey. Will also be responsible for managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role
  • 3 years Health Outreach Service/Call Center experience
  • Outbound dialer experience in a call center environment
  • Experience in disease management, case management or health related field
  • Any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience directing multi-functional teams
  • Account management or customer service experience highly preferred.
  • Experience within mental/behavioral health as well as crisis is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves maximum productivity and operational efficiency through management and utilization of team and resources.
  • Prepares and communicates information to appropriate parties regarding programs, procedures, and changes.
  • Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
