Under general direction, oversee and guide a team of hourly/salaried non-exempt employees in the Claims Department. Act as the face of the team to external parties, such as other areas of the Company, customers, etc. As part of management responsibilities, monitor operations and team performance, ensure standard operating procedures are followed, etc., and support escalated issues as they arise.
