The Business Transformation Change Manager is responsible for enabling successful adoption of transformation initiatives within their functional areas and the connection to the wider change plan and execution. This role requires a deep understanding of the functional area it owns and the ability to effectively partner with business, technology, and transformation leaders to define and embed readiness, adoption, and engagement activities directly into functional delivery plans. The Change Manager owns and drives the functional strategic approach to change management, leadership alignment, capability building and cultural evolution required to realize long-term transformation value. In addition to documenting, and managing change impacts that affect people, end-to-end processes, roles, and ways of working, this role is critical to ensure that functional teams are prepared, supported, and able to sustain new ways of working as transformation progresses. This is a full-time, dedicated role for the duration of the transformation program (estimated 5–7 years). Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Scarborough, ME
