The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic partner to business leadership, driving alignment between business objectives and human resources initiatives. This role supports both Operations and employees across the facility to ensure a high-performance and engaged work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for labor relations, employee engagement, talent management, and HR operations at all of Eagle’s Concrete & Aggregates locations in the US. The HR Manager plays a critical role in fostering a culture that is collaborative, accountable, and results driven.
