This role focuses on the day-to-day HR operations within the firm, providing local people insights, identifying and resolving basic employee relations issues, coaching managers, and supporting performance management. The position is also responsible for headcount reporting, acting as an onsite point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll and benefits, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, handling timesheets, coordinating interviews, and overseeing the office management function. The ideal candidate will have experience managing HR in a small-to-medium sized business, preferably in professional services or accounting. This individual should possess executive presence to build confidence with local firm leadership, but strategic initiative experience at a platform level is not required.
