We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and driving people initiatives at our Thomasville, GA manufacturing site. This site employs approximately 130 team members and generates $50–60 million in annual revenue. The site is in a turnaround phase, so building trust with the front-line team and fostering a positive, engaged workforce will be critical to success. This role is a key member of the site leadership team, working closely with the General Manager to lead HR strategy and execution. The position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources for the division, with a dotted-line relationship to the site General Manager. We’re looking for an HR leader who is passionate about creatively sourcing and retaining top talent, partnering with leadership to enhance the employee experience, driving culture transformation and trust-building initiatives and implementing continuous improvement practices that support organizational excellence.
