As the organization continues to evolve, SRCC is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to lead its day-to-day human resources function and help foster a positive, high-performing workplace. Reporting to the Director, Finance and Corporate Services, this newly created position will serve as the organization's internal HR leader, responsible for delivering a broad range of People & Culture programs and services, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR administration, payroll and benefits coordination, policy implementation, employee engagement, and workforce planning. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, the Manager will play a key role in strengthening organizational capacity, supporting leaders through change, and ensuring a consistent and exceptional employee experience across the organization.
