The Manager, HR Technology (Workday Integrations) is a technical leader responsible for driving the strategy, design, delivery, and support of Lennar’s Workday technology ecosystem. This role serves as a subject matter expert across Workday Core capabilities, including HCM, Payroll, and Benefits, with a primary focus on integrations, API standards, system architecture, and scalable technology solutions. The Manager, HR Technology leads a team of HR technology professionals and partners closely with Human Resources, Information Technology, Payroll, Finance, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver reliable, secure, and innovative solutions. This role establishes integration best practices, ensures data integrity, manages complex technical initiatives, and continuously improves Lennar’s HR technology landscape.
