Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Human Resources (HR), the Manager, HR Technology serves as the department’s technology leader, overseeing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and solutions that support HR and Team Members. This role partners across the Company to provide reliable systems, trusted data, and practical technology solutions that help Team Members be more effective. Success in this role requires more than technical expertise. The Manager, HR Technology develops people, builds trusted partnerships, and applies technology in practical ways to simplify work, improve decision-making, and enhance the Team Member experience. By balancing business needs with thoughtful technology decisions, this leader helps HR deliver exceptional service today while preparing for tomorrow.
