The HR Technology & Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the administration, governance, optimization, and strategic delivery of HR technology platforms, analytics capabilities, and portfolio initiatives across the enterprise. This role oversees HRIS operations, intake governance, reporting, data integrity, access controls, and system enhancements while partnering closely with HR, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant, and business-aligned HR technology solutions. This position combines operational leadership with strategic portfolio governance and serves as a key partner in driving HR technology modernization, roadmap prioritization, process improvement, and data-driven decision making across the employee lifecycle.
