The Manager, HR Technology Services is responsible for supporting HR operations while leading and supporting HR technology initiatives and strategic projects. The incumbent will focus on data governance, integrations with related campus systems, HR technology releases, audit response and mitigations, reporting, HR application security, and other strategic priorities as they arise. On selected initiatives, the Manager, HR Technology Services will provide project management and oversight of cross-functional teams, facilitate the definition of requirements and scope, enable issue resolution, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks. The Manager, HR Technology Services will partner heavily with HR Technology leadership, collaborating extensively on support and maintenance issues, policy / procedure governance, and the resolution of issues raised by stakeholders inside and outside the Office of Human Resources.
