About The Position

The Manager, HR Operations is responsible for the execution of a variety of core human resources support and transactions, including Baptist Health’s contact center, position management, record management, regulatory compliance and onboarding. The Manager partners with business and HR stakeholders to evolve and document HR processes, procedures, timelines and requirements, and identifies opportunities for standard work and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in related field required.
  • Five (5) years progressive experience in multiple functions within the field of human resources, including employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, education, talent development or HR information systems.
  • Experience leading large scale projects enterprise wide
  • Experience working in a data intensive environment where data entry, auditing, and project management are all components of your role

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in human resources or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership for a large high volume service center that provides telephonic and electronic first level support and the centralized processing of all HR transactions. The service center serves as the main point of contact for team member questions and business concerns including but not limited to HR policies, processes, benefits, and employment actions.
  • Defines and implements strategies and processes which increase efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout the full spectrum of Human Resources operations. Identifies process improvement opportunities and trends. Proactively identify solutions and partners to meet business objectives, considering the implications of change on team members, the organization, and all stakeholders.
  • Provides information and guidance in the administration of HR related policies and procedures to internal HR and business customers.
  • Supports the human resources integration activities through mergers and acquisition, including alignment of technology, policy and procedure, and cultural integration.
  • Maintains Baptist Health human resources regulatory compliance, by ensuring processes are aligned with standards and through auditing existing workflows for quality and accuracy.
  • Leads a variety of project teams related to HR processes and assists other departments in the execution of special projects as subject matter expert.
  • Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Baptist Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Maintains compliance with all Baptist Health policies and procedures.
