About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Manager, HR Business & Performance Management to oversee capacity management, facilitate Plan Manager forums, and drive financial and headcount planning for operational excellence. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient resource allocation; address stakeholder needs and maintain alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years Financial, Data, HR, or relevant business experience.
  • University degree or related business management experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and desire for accuracy.
  • Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills; able to succinctly express ideas.
  • Deliver with purpose and clients first mentality.
  • Strategic mindset and effective collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrix environment and proactively managing a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize CRE capacity utilization across facilities, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to balance workspace demand with available resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast capacity requirements and mitigate risks of over/underutilization.
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead regular Plan Manager forums to gather feedback, address concerns, and align priorities.
  • Document action items, track progress, and ensure timely resolution of Plan Manager needs.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and share best practices to enable Plan Managers within HR-BMCC.
  • Lead annual OpEx budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze financial trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage headcount planning to support organization goals.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
