Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent experience); Master’s preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain populations strongly preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies and solutions
  • A clear bias for action with a track record of driving results and continuous improvement
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a complex, rapidly changing business environment
  • Strength in balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution and prioritization of high-impact work amid competing demands
  • Proven success influencing leaders and driving positive employee relations outcomes
  • Experience leading projects that require cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR business partner to site leadership, helping drive team effectiveness and business performance.
  • Build strategic partnerships across the organization to support the execution of business objectives.
  • Coach and elevate leaders on all aspects of leadership, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Drive talent strategies including workforce planning, onboarding, development, retention, and engagement.
  • Leverage data and insights to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Partner with COEs (Talent, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Compliance) to enable integrated HR solutions.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and practices in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Lead and manage employee and labor relations matters, including investigations and issue resolution.
  • Execute and continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and improve employee experience.
  • Lead high-impact HR initiatives that advance site and organizational priorities.
