Responsible for the Front Desk and Front Services area of the Hotel for Harrah’s Atlantic City and the regional Group Reservations function for the Atlantic City Region. Charged with system updates, conversions, and implementations to ensure the enterprise is achieving maximum EBITDA targets, with concentrated efforts on hotel pricing. Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
