This position serves as the manager of a clinical program and provides staff supervision and coordination for the care provided to patients and their families served by a designated hospice interdisciplinary team. This position is responsible for identifying 'best practices' for care. As well, this position may network with community resources and consult with community health care providers serving patients with life threatening illness. Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- 3 years of Clinical experience in chosen field.
Nice To Haves
- Hospice experience.
- 3 years of staff supervision experience.
