About The Position

At AHN Healthcare@Home, Hospice Registered Nurses collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. In partnership with Allegheny Health Network, AHN Healthcare@Home is an accredited recognized leader in home health and hospice. This position supports patients in Plum, PA, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

RN license in the state you work
Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
Two years of RN experience
Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

Nice To Haves

Hospice experience preferred
