About The Position
The Home Health Agency Manager supervises and provides operational oversight for all home health operations, including the clinical care and non-clinical services delivered to patients. The position has twenty-four-hour accountability for patient care and operations at the local agency and manages care to ensure it is appropriate to the ages of patients served. The manager is responsible for achieving performance improvement objectives, financial outcomes, and clinical outcomes so OSF can meet the needs and expectations of patients, families, and referral sources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Three years of progressively more responsible work experience in home health.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers).
- Working knowledge of EMR.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- BSN.
- RN license.
- Three years of management experience in healthcare.
