Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
4+ years of relevant professional experience.
Direct client-facing expertise.
Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and research skills.
Ability to identify issues, solve problems, and deliver effective solutions.
Professional communication through clear verbal and written communication.
Ability to build positive client and team relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Ability to effectively manage priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
Proactive, goal-oriented team player.

Responsibilities

Manage and train fund accountants.
Oversee the allocation of daily and monthly activities.
Independently handle client relationships to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
Review and occasionally prepare complex monthly client reports.
Prepare financial statements and maintain books for clients with complex operations.
Oversee valuations and reconciliations.
Analyze investment activity to meet deadlines for investor and financial reporting.
Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors, validating accounts and supporting year-end audits and tax returns.
