This role is within the Client Services department and is a permanent hire. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of relevant professional experience
Direct client-facing expertise
Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and research skills to identify issues, solve problems, and deliver effective solutions.
Professional communication through clear verbal and written communication while building positive client and team relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in your work.
Ability to effectively manage priorities, meet deadlines under pressure, and take initiative as a proactive, goal-oriented team player.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships independently, ensuring service quality and satisfaction across all deliverables.
Train and allocate tasks to fund accountants, overseeing daily, monthly, and annual responsibilities.
Ensure accurate reporting by preparing financial statements and maintaining books for clients with complex operations.
Oversee valuations and reconciliations, analyzing investment activity to meet deadlines for investor and financial reporting.
Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors, validating accounts and supporting year-end audits and tax returns.
