Manager - Hedge Fund Accounting

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Direct client-facing expertise.
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and research skills.
- Ability to identify issues, solve problems, and deliver effective solutions.
- Professional communication through clear verbal and written communication.
- Ability to build positive client and team relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively manage priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proactive, goal-oriented team player.
Responsibilities
- Manage and train fund accountants.
- Oversee the allocation of daily and monthly activities.
- Independently handle client relationships to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
- Review and occasionally prepare complex monthly client reports.
- Prepare financial statements and maintain books for clients with complex operations.
- Oversee valuations and reconciliations.
- Analyze investment activity to meet deadlines for investor and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors, validating accounts and supporting year-end audits and tax returns.
