Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Direct client-facing expertise
  • Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and research skills to identify issues, solve problems, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Professional communication through clear verbal and written communication while building positive client and team relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in your work.
  • Effectively manage priorities, meet deadlines under pressure, and take initiative as a proactive, goal-oriented team player.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships independently, ensuring service quality and satisfaction across all deliverables.
  • Train and allocate tasks to fund accountants, overseeing daily, monthly, and annual responsibilities.
  • Ensure accurate reporting by preparing financial statements and maintaining books for clients with complex operations.
  • Oversee valuations and reconciliations, analyzing investment activity to meet deadlines for investor and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors, validating accounts and supporting year-end audits and tax returns.
