Manager - Hedge Fund Accounting (Fund Administration)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- Direct client-facing expertise
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and research skills to identify issues, solve problems, and deliver effective solutions.
- Professional communication through clear verbal and written communication while building positive client and team relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in your work.
- Effectively manage priorities, meet deadlines under pressure, and take initiative as a proactive, goal-oriented team player.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships independently, ensuring service quality and satisfaction across all deliverables.
- Train and allocate tasks to fund accountants, overseeing daily, monthly, and annual responsibilities.
- Ensure accurate reporting by preparing financial statements and maintaining books for clients with complex operations.
- Oversee valuations and reconciliations, analyzing investment activity to meet deadlines for investor and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors, validating accounts and supporting year-end audits and tax returns.
