Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Direct client-facing expertise.
  • Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and research skills to identify issues, solve problems, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Professional communication through clear verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to build positive client and team relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and train fund accountants.
  • Oversee the allocation of daily and monthly activities.
  • Independently handle client relationships to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
  • Review and occasionally prepare complex monthly client reports.
  • Manage client relationships independently, ensuring service quality and satisfaction across all deliverables.
  • Train and allocate tasks to fund accountants, overseeing daily, monthly, and annual responsibilities.
  • Ensure accurate reporting by preparing financial statements and maintaining books for clients with complex operations.
  • Oversee valuations and reconciliations, analyzing investment activity to meet deadlines for investor and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors, validating accounts and supporting year-end audits and tax returns.
