About The Position

Twin Health is seeking a Manager, Healthcare Analytics to lead rigorous analysis of medical and pharmacy claims data and communicate evidence about the impact of its metabolic health program. The role spans causal inference, real-world claims data, and client-facing communication, with ownership of analyses from raw data extraction and methodology through polished, decision-ready narratives. The position focuses on program evaluation, cost and outcome trends, and evidence that informs partners and Twin’s decisions. Performance guarantee design, measurement, and settlement are owned by the actuarial team; this role partners closely with that team to keep insights and guarantee results consistent. The Manager will lead and develop analysts and work closely with sales, client success, actuarial, and data teams. The role also builds reusable analytical frameworks for recurring studies, contributes to peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations, and uses AI tools to accelerate analysis, data quality work, documentation, and reporting while establishing appropriate human review. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Twin Health’s New York office. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.
