About The Position
The Manager of Growth & Performance Marketing will support full-funnel, cross-channel performance strategy for Innisfree, Mamonde, and Hanyul. This role touches paid search, paid social, and Amazon media (Sponsored Ads and DSP), driving efficient growth across both national digital channels and key retail media environments. The ideal candidate blends hands-on platform expertise with strategic media planning and creative strategy. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to develop both creative and analytical skills while contributing to high-impact brand campaigns and product launches across multiple brands. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a quantitative discipline.
- Must be NYC-based to commute to the office on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week)
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search (Google Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads) and paid social (Meta, TikTok), plus programmatic/DSP media.
- Proven experience managing multi-brand or multi-channel budgets, reporting and creative strategy
- Hands on keyboard experience across Amazon and National Media
- Previous work experience at a Media Agency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with our media agency and internal stakeholders to build comprehensive, full-funnel growth strategies spanning paid search, paid social, and Amazon media (Sponsored Ads and DSP) across Innisfree, Mamonde, and Hanyul.
- Drive performance and efficiency across all national and retail media channels, focusing on metrics such as spend, sales, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPM, NTB%, CVR.
- Develop strategic, integrated media plans for major retail and brand moments (Prime Day, product launches, key seasonal and promotional windows).
- Understand the consumer journey and full marketing/sales funnel dynamics across DTC, retail media, and marketplace environments.
- Manage complex, multi-brand catalogs and large media budgets efficiently while meeting monthly performance targets.
- Work with platform partners and agencies to analyze campaign data, audit and optimize paid search/social/Amazon, test new ad formats, creative, or tactics, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Provide internal stakeholders with regular performance reporting across all brands and channels.
- Develop creative briefs for Paid Social campaigns. Conduct weekly competitive research to identify new opportunities and creative insights to inform briefs.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with cross-functional partners, including brand marketing, PR, social, and creative design teams.
- Manage the delivery of all creative assets to our Media Agency partner, ensuring timely execution and attention to detail.
- Manage monthly invoicing & billing for all National Media campaigns.
