This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. As part of a diverse and hardworking team of specialists, you will act as the Manager leading a team supporting an in-house fabrication group that constructs ground system piping and GSE hardware located primarily on the Launch Pad but is also in support of test stands at Blue Origin's sites. This role requires an expertise in vacuum jacketed line fabrication, including weld procedure qualifications, personnel certifications, welding, cutting, coatings, cleaning, inspection, and testing. As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, planners. This role will require engaging new project stakeholders, planning resources to meet project needs and supervising the team through project execution. As a manager you will perform strategic cross organizational planning, estimating (cost/schedule), team goal setting, progress reporting and while managing across project priorities and performing deconfliction. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.
