This position is responsible for managing all aspects of a grain elevator facility including: managing and directing all work functions and staff in operations; training and safety; overseeing and directing facility housekeeping; ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance; driving best practices; managing and overseeing grain inventories, grading processes, and monitoring grain quality; managing and overseeing operational expenses and budgets; staffing, training, and developing team members for the facility; managing and developing customer relations and service as it relates to the facility; and purchasing grain and promoting Tyson LGS as required. This role will report directly to the Manager of Grain Operations and will work closely with Tyson LGS Grain Merchandising Team.
