Requirements

Experience with developing and implementing program ideas into successful academic programs.
Experience and understanding of ACGME, NRMP, ERAS, ABFM.
Experience with New Innovations and ACGME webADs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal.
Problem-solving skills.
Diplomatically handling problems of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
Superior organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
Three (3) years of experience in an ACGME accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the Family Medicine Residency Program and provide administrative support and oversight.
Design curricular rotations.
Track program expenses.
Troubleshoot residency issues.
Evaluate and enhance the program.
Ensure compliance with ACGME policies in conjunction with the Program Director.
Manage the program coordinator and residents/fellows.
Collaborate with departments and faculty to develop course, academic, and research programs.
