Requirements

  • Experience with developing and implementing program ideas into successful academic programs.
  • Experience and understanding of ACGME, NRMP, ERAS, ABFM.
  • Experience with New Innovations and ACGME webADs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Diplomatically handling problems of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
  • Superior organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
  • Three (3) years of experience in an ACGME accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Residency Programs and provide administrative support and oversight.
  • Design curricular rotations.
  • Track program expenses.
  • Troubleshoot residency issues.
  • Evaluate and enhance the program.
  • Ensure compliance with ACGME policies in conjunction with the Program Director.
  • Manage the program coordinators, resident/fellows.
  • Collaborate with departments and faculty to develop course, academic and research programs.
