About The Position

The Manager, Governance and Program Execution leads governance activities, management reporting, data analytics, and strategic program initiatives across the department. The role partners closely with the FCIU leadership team to establish effective governance practices, monitor operational performance, support data-driven decisions, and execute key business initiatives. It is an individual-contributor and subject-matter-expert position responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures, supporting quality control and training programs, advancing analytics and reporting capabilities, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness. The role develops governance frameworks, policies, and procedures; collaborates with business partners to support adherence to internal standards, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk expectations; monitors governance activities; recommends process, technology, or control enhancements; and assists with audits, examinations, assessments, and internal reviews. It also supports executive reporting and dashboards, maintains data integrity, presents findings to FCIU leadership, and evaluates reporting and analytics solutions. The manager leads strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams from planning through implementation, develops project plans and governance structures, communicates progress to leadership, and fosters accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
More than 5 years of experience in financial crimes, governance, reporting, analytics, program management, investigations, or related disciplines.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level insights.
Experience developing executive reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships across multiple organizational levels.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification.
Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting governance committees, regulatory initiatives, or enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with business partners, including the Financial Crimes Program Office, to support adherence to internal standards, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk expectations.
Monitor department governance activities and recommend process improvements or technology and control enhancements.
Assist with responses to audits, examinations, assessments, and internal reviews.
Assist in developing and producing executive-level reporting, dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and management information.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reporting platforms and dashboards to support forecasting, workforce planning, and decision making.
Present findings and recommendations to the FCIU leadership team clearly and actionably.
Evaluate and recommend enhancements to reporting tools, analytics solutions, and data visualization capabilities.
Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and cross-functional FCIU teams from planning through implementation.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance structures for successful execution.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide leadership with regular updates on program health and progress.
Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Allocate resources effectively to meet business priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
