About The Position

The Manager, Technology Change Adoption is a global execution leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology change and adoption activities in support of Global Infrastructure and Digital Workplace initiatives. The role focuses on executing agreed adoption frameworks and end users communication approaches, ensuring that IT initiatives, tools, and standardized services are effectively introduced to and adopted by end users across regions. The position supports adoption outcomes for a global end user population in partnership with Digital Workplace leadership, HR, Corporate Communications, and regional IT teams. This role operates with a 12 month execution horizon, translating strategy into measurable adoption plans and supporting consistency, quality, and local relevance during technology rollouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Significant experience in IT change management and large‑scale technology adoption.
  • Proven leadership experience managing distributed, international teams.
  • Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong background in Digital Workplace and/or End‑User IT services.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience defining and using adoption metrics.
  • High cultural awareness and ability to adapt messaging globally.
  • Deep understanding of change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci or equivalent).
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern Digital Workplace solutions.
  • Experience with collaboration, communication, and adoption analytics office tools non GxP related

Responsibilities

  • Execute change and adoption activities using established frameworks, standards, and toolkits aligned with Digital Workplace and Global Infrastructure strategy.
  • Translate complex IT initiatives into clear, user‑centric adoption plans.
  • Ensure adoption activities cover communication, training, readiness, reinforcement, and feedback loops.
  • Apply recognized change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR / Prosci) pragmatically at scale.
  • Own the end‑to‑end communication strategy from Global Infrastructure to end users.
  • Define communication standards, tone of voice, channels, cadence, and audience segmentation.
  • Ensure consistency of global messaging while allowing controlled regional localization.
  • Partner and follow the guidance received from global Corporate Communications team, HR, and regional IT teams as required.
  • Lead and coordinate a small global team of change adoption resources focused on quality and consistency of execution.
  • Provide clear direction, prioritization, and performance management across regions.
  • Ensure role clarity, skill development, and succession planning within the adoption function.
  • Foster a strong global community of practice for change and adoption.
  • Act as the primary change adoption interface for major Global Infrastructure and Digital Workplace programs.
  • Partner with program managers and product owners to support adoption planning and escalate adoption risks or readiness concerns as appropriate.
  • Align adoption plans with global deployment roadmaps and operational readiness.
  • Define and track adoption KPIs (reach, engagement, usage, sentiment, readiness).
  • Leverage feedback, analytics, and engagement data to continuously optimize adoption approaches.
  • Provide regular adoption status updates and insights to managers and key stakeholders.
