About The Position

Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is seeking a Manager, Global Partnership Marketing to deliver unique value to its corporate partners through the account management and implementation of all contractual assets. The primary focus of this role is to demonstrate clear return on partner business objectives to ensure maximum partnership retention and renewal rate. This position requires previous sponsorship experience, a passion for sports, and the ability to build strong partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sports marketing, marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years related sponsorship experience and project management experience.
  • Team and or league experience preferred.
  • Experience compiling and analyzing data from multiple sources and building meaningful presentations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with research and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and grow assigned portfolio of partner accounts, including executing partnership assets, activating promotions, overseeing hospitality programs, and managing community initiatives, media, and signage.
  • Collaborate with internal MSE stakeholders across multiple business units to deliver on all partner’s business objectives.
  • Develop positive relationships with existing partners, successfully project manage all assigned accounts, and strategically craft incremental sponsorship opportunities by identifying new co-branded opportunities and activations.
  • Build client brand briefs and work closely with all internal departments to generate the most effective partnership idea offerings and execution tactics based on partner needs.
  • Prioritize and implement all assigned Monumental corporate partners’ contractual elements.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of all partner marketing content per agreement.
  • Track results and prepare all post season recaps for assigned accounts.
  • Measure and drive ROI and ROO for clients by working closely with Business Intelligence to establish a research plan.
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are fulfilled flawlessly to increase partner renewals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
