About The Position

Incora is seeking an exceptional Manager, Global Benefits and Compensation to manage, administer, and continuously improve the company’s global benefits, wellness, leave, and compensation programs. This role is crucial for delivering a competitive and compliant Total Rewards offering that supports employee wellbeing, engagement, and the attraction and retention of talent. Reporting to Total Rewards leadership, this position collaborates with HR Business Partners, Finance, and external vendors to ensure programs are market-aligned, cost-effective, and well understood. The focus is on program execution, analysis, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to contribute to strategy development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 –7 years of progressive experience in benefits and/or compensation within a complex or matrixed organization.
  • Strong experience administering US benefits programs.
  • Working knowledge of compensation principles, job architecture, and market pricing methodologies.
  • Experience working with HRIS, benefits administration, and compensation tools.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Prior experience partnering with HRBPs and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to global benefits and/or compensation is preferred.
  • Previous people management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of global benefits, wellness, retirement, and leave programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellbeing initiatives).
  • Support the execution of a global benefits and wellness strategy aligned with company goals and regional practices.
  • Coordinate and manage annual benefit renewals, evaluating plan design changes, pricing, and employee impact with brokers and vendors.
  • Partner with HRBPs and People leaders to ensure benefit programs meet workforce needs, are inclusive, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate inventory of global benefit plans using tools like Lockton’s Global Navigator.
  • Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay structures, incentive plans, and job architecture.
  • Partner with the Total Rewards team and HRBPs on annual compensation processes (salary reviews, market pricing, budgeting).
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Assist with job evaluations, leveling, and the maintenance of compensation ranges and frameworks.
  • Prepare analyses, models, and materials to support compensation decisions and leadership review.
  • Develop and maintain clear employee communications for benefits and compensation programs (intranet content, plan materials, awareness campaigns).
  • Support open enrollment activities, including system configuration, materials, and employee education.
  • Provide consultative guidance to employees and HR partners on benefit and compensation programs, policies, and processes.
  • Ensure benefit plans and compensation practices comply with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate compliance activities for benefits programs (nondiscrimination testing, Forms 5500, COBRA, ERISA, audits).
  • Manage statutory and optional retirement and pension plans, including vendor coordination and governance.
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to benefits and compensation processes using analytics, KPIs, and employee feedback.
  • Analyze benefit and compensation data to identify trends, manage costs, and support decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure benefit and compensation costs are transparent, accurate, and aligned with budgets.
  • Maintain secure and accurate employee data in accordance with privacy laws and recordkeeping standards.
  • Support Total Rewards-related projects and initiatives (system enhancements, vendor changes, program redesigns).
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and brokers to ensure high service quality and value.
