About The Position
The Finance Manager will be a part of the Custom Guarantee Management team within PBM Finance and Rebates Operations. The candidate will have the opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team. This role allows the candidate to gain valuable financial planning, analysis, reporting and operations experience at an industry-leading company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business, finance or accounting.
- 5+ years of experience with advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Business, Finance and/or Accounting.
Responsibilities
- Reviews client-level contractual terms, in order to apply inputs to financial reporting requirements.
- Conducts detailed financial analysis, including variance, trend, and profitability analysis.
- Manages a subgroup of client pricing strategies in support of the broader team portfolio.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
- Identifies areas for improvement and implements changes to optimize team performance, processes, and workflows.
- Effectively communicate results and findings to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to execute deliverables.
- Assist in various department projects in support of team goals.
