It is how we connect and interact with our clients, business partners and fellow associates.Job SummaryThe Manager Foodbuy Client Solutions & Strategy drives efforts to maximize new business growth, improve revenue capture, and create operational efficiencies across the organization focused on client solutions, process improvement, and technology integration. This position supports strategic initiatives ensuring execution and enabling successful adoption across the organization. They work closely with Foodbuy stakeholders and cross-functional teams to sustain and grow the Foodbuy business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5+ years experience in enterprise B2B organizations holding client-facing roles like account management, client services, or strategy, with a proven track record of growing accounts and leading senior-level relationships.
  • 3-5+ years experience in leading projects consistently delivering results.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders, and using CRM and data analytics tools to drive business growth.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects from start to finish ensuring successful execution.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation skills (especially at the executive level), and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, and Project Management programs.
  • Regular attendance in Charlotte office for meetings and client engagement to meet business needs.
  • Travel as needed (less than 25% of the time)

Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Competitive Advantage: Manages and supports strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth with clearly articulated business objectives, strategic plans, and processes through implementation.
  • Drive Results: Independently-lead complex projects across cross-functional teams through to completion. Track progress, measure success, and inform strategic decisions to support future innovation and growth.
  • Technology Enhancements & Process Efficiencies: Support technology initiatives and change management strategies to enable adoption of technology tools and process enhancements including developing and refining processes, tools, and metrics to improve client satisfaction, speed to market, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
  • RFP & Data Mining Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored RFP responses that align with client needs and company capabilities ensuring timely, strategic, and competitive responses. Provide support on proposal strategy and positioning. Analyze RFP outcomes and feedback to identify process improvements and inform future bid strategies.
  • Operational Readiness: Develop and optimize processes, tools, and frameworks in partnership with Foodbuy teams that enable scalable, consistent delivery of integrated client solutions. Ensure governance and accountability across departments for shared client outcomes.
  • Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Champion collaboration across all departments to ensure cohesive engagement and delivery. Lead initiatives that break down silos, fostering a “one-team” approach to partnership and problem-solving.
