The Manager, Flight Dispatch Quality and Support is responsible for overseeing the Flight Dispatch Quality Assurance and Safety Management programs, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory, IOSA, and corporate safety standards. Reporting to the Director, Flight Dispatch, the role provides leadership in audit preparedness, quality governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across Flight Dispatch operations. The incumbent also leads the Flight Support group, ensuring the integrity, reliability, and regulatory compliance of flight planning data, tools, and global overflight processes in support of safe and efficient operations worldwide.
