Built on a legacy of quality and innovation, we are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team and support our continued growth. This role will be involved in consolidating, reporting and analyzing the segment’s results. In addition, the Manager will be expected to anticipate the future impact on the results of actions being taken in operations and sales. As a result, we seek a seasoned, innovative leader capable of supporting the strategic growth plan and developing quantitative insights into our business. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be expected to develop and maintain fundamental relationships with company ownership and lenders. The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will work with the divisional controllers to ensure that the Company’s reporting is timely, insightful, accurate and in compliance with Dometic’s financial reporting standards and in accordance with the best practices in financial management.
