Schneider Electric is hiring a Manager, Finance Project Management (Assessment & Readiness Lead) to lead Finance assessment and deployment-readiness activities for the Titan Program. The role may be based in Nashville, Tennessee; Dallas, Texas; Westmont, Illinois; or Boston, Massachusetts. The lead coordinates cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, business stakeholders, deployment teams, functional leaders, Digital, Internal Controls, and implementation partners as countries, business units, operating companies, and acquisitions transition to Titan’s future-state operating model. As the primary Finance lead during assessment, this role establishes assessment governance, ownership, plans, milestones, decision forums, and escalation paths. It is accountable for the quality, completeness, stakeholder alignment, and readiness of assessment outputs, while coordinating their development through process owners, Product Owners, functional specialists, local stakeholders, controls teams, and external partners. The role oversees current-state discovery and validation, fit-to-standard and fit-to-template gap assessments, and the integration of findings into a traceable, prioritized Jira backlog and actionable deployment roadmap. The lead evaluates deployment complexity, risks, dependencies, resource needs, controls, compliance, and readiness; facilitates decisions on standardization and exceptions; and ensures accountable owners define and track remediation actions. The role also synthesizes assessment inputs into executive summaries, recommendations, risk reviews, decision materials, and readiness updates, including an evidence-based recommendation on whether Finance is ready to proceed to the next phase. Travel may be required based on assessment and deployment needs.
