Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of core financial processes including pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense. This role will lead and manage a hybrid team of both on-shore and off-shore employees (Cardinal Health and Genpact) responsible for end-to-end administration of GPO admin fees, upfront discounts (UFDs), and related financial processes. The manager will ensure proper accounting treatment, perform first-level review of customer incentive structures, monitor performance against key CSLs and KPIs for 3rd party contractors, and partner cross-functionally to resolve issues. This role also involves identifying business process risks, establishing a SOX-compliant internal control environment, driving continuous improvement within SAP Vistex, and supporting team members in resolving complex customer and transactional issues. The manager will serve as a strategic partner to various stakeholders and collaborate on enterprise initiatives. Additionally, they will set clear team and individual performance objectives and support employee development.
