About The Position
The Finance organization at American Express is seeking a manager-level candidate to drive the development and delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities across Finance. This role will play a critical role in shaping how AI technologies enhance decision-making, transform operations, and create new analytical capabilities across the organization. You will be responsible for supporting, defining, and driving the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation through implementation — of AI-driven solutions that enable the Finance organization to operate with greater precision, insight, and speed. The successful candidate will combine a strategic mindset and product ownership expertise with strong critical thinking, an understanding of financial processes, and a passion for emerging AI technologies. This is a highly visible role requiring close collaboration across Finance, Technology, Risk, and other enterprise partners to deliver practical and scalable solutions. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation of Finance through innovation and execution.
