About The Position

GDIT is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Finance Transformation team as a Manager focused on business process improvement, AI enablement, and intelligent automation. This role is ideal for someone who understands how finance organizations operate, is comfortable navigating complex workflows, and brings strong communication and change‑management skills. This hybrid role is based in Falls Church, VA, with in‑office engagement three days per week.

  • A growth mindset and openness to adopting new technologies and approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain process or technology changes clearly.
  • Comfort working with senior Finance leaders and influencing cross‑functional teams.
  • A customer‑service mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.
