Your role will include, but isn’t limited to: Engagement Delivery Work with PwC colleagues across other lines of service to support client needs for Finance Transformation services related to ERP implementation across Canada Contribute to or lead proposal development efforts for Finance Transformation and ERP‑enabled opportunities, working alongside industry and market teams Lead the delivery of finance workstreams or Finance Transformation engagements, including: Finance technology enablement, with a focus on ERP implementations and upgrades (e.g., core financial modules) Financial process analysis, design, and implementation across end‑to‑end finance value chains Performance improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, controls, and cost optimization (ERP‑enabled) Finance vendor and ERP software selection activities Alternative delivery model and finance operating model design, including shared services and outsourcing models (Preferable) Support engagement Directors and Partners in managing project risk, scope, and engagement economics Prepare, review, and ensure engagement deliverables meet PwC quality standards and client expectations People & Practice Development Perform the role of coach for junior team members and actively participate in mentorship Support the team in improving and evolving ways of working, delivery approaches, and tools when required Assist in identifying market gaps and opportunities to develop new value propositions within Finance Transformation and ERP Look for opportunities to scale delivery efficiencies and enable new ways of working through process and technology innovation
