About The Position

Intralot, Inc. is engaged in the supply of integrated gaming and transaction processing systems, innovative game content and value-added services to state licensed gaming organizations. Based on its extensive know how, advanced product development standards and substantial experience in operating lottery games, Intralot, Inc. offers custom-made integrated solutions, which ensure maximum efficiency and absolute security. The Field Service Manager is responsible to plan, schedule, and direct field service operations and personnel. This position reports directly to the General manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, or equivalent field service management experience.
  • 2-3 years' experience in supervision of field service operations, inventory control, and/or warehouse management.
  • Experience supervising, scheduling, and dispatching a field service team.
  • Proven knowledge of leadership principles and practices of positive employee relations.
  • Ability to review the work product of others to ensure conformance to standards and specifications.
  • Ability to manage a workforce of up to 20 service technicians including daily scheduling and dispatch
  • Ability to work with customers directly to schedule and dispatch service calls.
  • Ability to quickly analyze, prioritize and resolve technical and logistical problems.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, control expense, and manage major projects within budget and to completion.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and industrial safety matters.
  • Must successfully complete a MVR, drug, criminal, and credit background investigation.
  • Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.
  • Submission to, and ability to pass, a thorough pre-employment background check by the required State Lottery and Intralot USA is a requirement of employment.
  • A pre-employment drug screening is also a requirement.
  • Must possess valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Train field service technicians on proper procedures and techniques required to perform their individual duties.
  • Work directly with customers to schedule their service requests within our defined SLA’s
  • Field service scheduling, dispatching, monitoring and management.
  • Provide assistance with troubleshooting equipment problems.
  • Provide technical support to Field Service Technicians and customers.
