About The Position

As a member of the professional staff, the Marketing Manager, Field Package Marketing contributes specialized knowledge and skill in Sales and Marketing to support team and department business objectives. Generally works under limited supervision, but within established guidelines, producing and analyzing moderately complex business information to assist in the decision-making process. The Manager, Field Package Marketing supports the execution, monitoring, and optimization of Encore, RSVP, and related package marketing programs across assigned markets. This position partners with Sales, Resort Operations, Marketing, Training, and field leadership teams to improve program consistency, production, lead quality, close percentage, customer experience, and overall business outcomes. The role provides field-based insight, performance analysis, and recommendations to support package marketing initiatives while helping ensure programs are executed in alignment with established strategy, processes, and budget expectations. The position is based at the MVW Headquarters in Orlando and reports to the VP, Marketing Programs.

Requirements

  • One (1) to three (3) years of marketing, sales operations, hospitality, vacation ownership, or related field experience required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year functional experience within Sales and Marketing preferred.
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of levels and communication styles to collaboratively define product features.
  • Ability to build relationships through appropriate collaborations, negotiation and conflict resolution skills in order to balance the interests of MVW.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with a broad group of stakeholders in order to foster trust and influence key decisions.
  • Integrates and balances priorities, work activities and resources for the benefit of multiple key stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times, especially if strategy and process improvement recommendations are met with resistance and disagreement; effective at addressing difficult issues and guiding others toward the accomplishment of identified goals.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in the planning, execution, and prioritization of package marketing initiatives for assigned markets, including Encore, RSVP, and related field package marketing programs.
  • Supports the implementation of scalable package marketing programs designed to improve tour growth, lead quality, close percentage, customer experience, and production outcomes.
  • Supports established operational frameworks, procedures, and performance standards for field package marketing programs.
  • Participates in site visits, field observations, and operational check-ins to review program execution, gather feedback, and document opportunities for improvement.
  • Identifies, documents, and shares operational best practices across assigned markets.
  • Supports field performance through operational observations, training partnerships, performance analytics, and targeted improvement recommendations.
  • Serves as a field-based resource for package marketing programs within assigned markets.
  • Works with Sales, Resort Operations, Marketing, Training, and field leadership partners to support day-to-day execution of package marketing programs within assigned markets.
  • Gathers field input, program updates, and operational feedback to help identify execution needs, service gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional partners to help resolve routine program questions, support timely follow-up, and keep initiatives moving according to established plans.
  • Supports alignment between corporate marketing direction and field execution by helping communicate expectations, timelines, and process requirements.
  • Provides progress updates, observations, and recommendations to leadership to support informed decisions about package marketing execution and performance.
  • Assists in analyzing package performance, promotional effectiveness, and customer engagement data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Supports reporting mechanisms and performance dashboards that provide visibility into program effectiveness by market, segment, and initiative.
  • Supports budget tracking, resource prioritization, and operational efficiency initiatives within assigned scope of responsibility.
  • Provides recommendations to help improve field execution, operational consistency, and business results.
  • Maintains regular communication with assigned field and cross-functional partners to support package marketing execution and address day-to-day program questions.
  • Builds effective working relationships with Sales, Resort Operations, Marketing, Training, and field leadership teams to support alignment and timely follow-through.
  • Supports communication of program updates, process changes, and field expectations to help ensure consistent understanding and execution across assigned markets.
  • Assists with implementation of new or updated package marketing initiatives by tracking questions, feedback, adoption progress, and operational impacts.
  • Coordinates department tasks, follow-ups, meeting materials, status updates, and documentation to support organized and efficient program operations.
  • Supports operating plans and workable business processes for own department in alignment with function strategy.
  • Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis for projects and business processes.
  • Often manages small projects, business processes or parts of larger ones.
  • Responds to, solves, and makes decisions on business requests that have moderate risk.
  • Demonstrates an awareness of personal strengths and areas for improvement and acts independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge.
