The Federal Grants Manager plays a critical role in coordinating and executing the community’s Continuum of Care (CoC) grant processes and ensuring the effective administration of federal funding. This position is responsible for leading key components of the CoC application process, supporting system-wide compliance, and ensuring that partner agencies meet federal and contractual requirements. Working in close partnership with the Grants Management + Compliance Director, this role helps ensure that the community secures and effectively manages public funding to support people experiencing homelessness. The Federal Grants Manager operates at a system level, balancing precision, accountability, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders to achieve strong funding outcomes and maintain compliance with federal regulations.
