The Manager of Events is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of events hosted at the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library and other Foundation venues and locations. This role manages events from initial inquiry and concept development through execution and post-event evaluation, ensuring each event meets client expectations, operational standards, and the Library’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences. The Manager of Events serves as a primary point of contact for clients and event partners, developing strong relationships while managing event logistics, budgets, vendors, contracts, and internal coordination. This role reports to the Director of Events and collaborates across departments to deliver seamless, memorable events that support the Library’s mission and revenue goals.
